For some reason, every time I try to record using hardware it gives me a pop up saying that it can't and I probably need to update my drivers. However, I always update my drivers (I did it today after it gave me the message) and it still doesn't work. I included a log file that includes the statement "Failed to open NVENC codec: Generic error in an external library." I have no idea what this means and I can't find a solution.
