I like to record the conversations i have with my family overseas because they're on vacation and show me parts of their trip. However i am unable to record the sound coming out of my computer (stereo mix) while also using my internal microphone on skype to talk with them. Does anyone know how to fix this?

However my next question is: Is it possible to only record their webcam screen?
Because now i am recording the whole screen with myself on it.
I saw a tutorial which said something about pressing control + alt but i dont know where to drag it or how.
