Bug Report Cant Record Or Stream Buttons Dont Work

When I open OBS up ill have my sources and scenes set up and ill try to hit record but it does nothing. There isn't an error message that pops up and the preview works fine. Whenever I hit the stream or record button nothing will happen besides the button will fade in and out with blue quickly.

Figure out whats wrong with Nvidia NVENC (driver update problem?) or switch to a different encoder.

I recently updated my video card drivers. Is that the problem?

Yes, that may cause problems with NVENC (nvidia encoder) if the drivers was not updated correctly. Reinstall nvidia drivers or switch to x264?

I tried switching to x264 and it said something like the encoder was taking too much. I forget what it said. I'll try to reinstall my drivers.
