Can't record on version 30.0

Hello. Before the update, my obs worked fine, and I can still record. Then, after the 30.0 update, whenever I try to start recording it shows the following message:

Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.

Note: If you're using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your drivers are up to date.

22:32:34.337: [qsv encoder: 'msdk_impl'] Specified object/item/sync point not found. (MFX_ERR_NOT_FOUND)

means that new OBS requires more modern CPU. Older version of OBS should work fine for you:

I've been using QSV recording with OBS for many prior versions on Windows 10, but when I tried installing OBS 30.0 today my recordings will not start. I noticed in the recording settings screen there are now 2 different QSV options, one of them says "deprecated" which was what mine was initially...

Also, do you know why the recording file lags so much? Cuz when I'm recording my gameplay it doesn't lag that much. I'm still on the version 30.0 but with x264 video encoder.

To find out what causing this, the log-file needed from actual recording attempt after the recording was stopped.

It is weak machine for recordings of the gameplay. OBS v29.1.3 with QSV encoder will work far better for your PC.
