Lately, when I try to record something, I get this error:
(so that this is searchable, it says "NVENC Error: init_encoder: nv.nvEncInitializeEncoder(enc->session, params) failed: 8 (NV_ENC_ERR_INVALID_PARAM").
I haven't had any issues recording with OBS until fairly recently. I think the last major thing I did before I got problems was install a Valve Index, but I'm not sure that would be related.
I've just updated my graphics driver, and it look like OBS is up to date too (27.1.3). I downloaded the "game ready driver" rather than the "studio driver", if that makes a difference.
