Bug Report cant record in full screen on emulatour

so when i try and record an emulator in full screen mode with open broadcaster and press my hokey for game capture it will not record it in full screen it just goes to the left of the screen while the rest of it is left black




p.s i'm sorry if this is in the wrong spot but i think this is a bug
