Question / Help Can't record in 720p60

I would like to record in 720p60 and I have tried so many different options to try to get it to work but either my frames are very jerky, or the recording software crashed with an error saying 'QVSHelper.exe has been killed', or the quality of the video is just HORRIBLE. Please help! Note I believe my specs are powerful enough to do at least 720p 60 frame videos, but maybe I'm wrong cause my rig is not that powerful.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium G4500
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 530 (iGPU)
RAM: 8GB DDR4

I have included a log file of my current configuration

Also is OBS Studio better at recording? Cause if it is I wouldn't mind using it instead of the regular OBS

Well that's what I was kinda afraid of.... I can record perfectly at 720p30 and I have gotten it to record at 720p60 but I have to get the exact right settings or else the quality is bad or the video is jerky.

I should have bought the i3 6100 instead O.O
