Hello,
I have a problem while recording desktop audio with OBS (updated to the latest version.).
Yesterday I recorded a csgo match with a friend, when i started editing it I realized that the audio track of the desktop was missing, then when opening the OBS and doing several tests (reinstalling OBS (deleting all configuration in the process), updating drivers of ICue (I use a corsair headset) ) the same thing still happens.
When I enter the advanced audio properties I dont get desktop audio balance bar, when I try to put a YouTube video to see if OBS detects it, there is no problem, the issue is when recording and with that balance bar.
I tried to create manual audio tracks from the source window and the same thing happens.
(Advance audio properties)
(Advance audio properties with the manual audio track)
(OBS screenshot with the advance audio properties and audio bars with a random youtube video to test if OBS detect desktop audio)
(Audio settings)
(Output settings)
The only thing it works is put a monitor as a principal audio device, the only diference i can se between headsets and monitor is this:
The monitor have a Balance button on windows audio settings and the headsets dont
i was searching for headsets configurations but icue only have this.
Battery, habilty voice comands ( battery low and things like that ) the brightness, update the headsets and change the auto power off nothing more like balance
Any ideas what i should do to fix this? Thanks for read me and have a good day.
