Question / Help Cant record CSGO, good computer still with very choppy recordings

Cant seem to record CSGO since its really choppy, Gets very choppy the moment I record over 30 FPS, tried lots of settings, V-sync doesn't help with recordings, solved any hook conflicts with OBS and other programs. Still have hook conflict in log file but cant seem to find problem

Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. Enable vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit (via the fps_max cvar) that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage. If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game.

The hook conflict is from your Razer software.
