yes. I am trying to record a Flash application that runs full screen in a browser. I've been trying it in Firefox. I have to confess that I have not tried Chrome or IE.
I have tried to record Firefox as a game. I have tried to record the monitor. I have tried to record the screen. I have tried just about every variation and combination and order of combination of each that I can think of.
Sometimes I get an mp4 that just will not play in VLC Media Player. Usually, I get an MP4 file that will play in VLC Player, but has no video. Yet if I examine the file using MediaInfo, I can see a audio and video track. So the file is apparently recording correctly. It is just recording a black screen rather than doing the screen capture.
I thought that maybe I had the wrong drivers. But I have checked to see that everything has been updated by using Windows Update.
