I tried to use Hardware(AMD) recording encoder It'll show "Starting output failed. Please check the log for details" and If I try to click Start Recording for the second time obs will crash. I can only use software for encoder but my video is too lag even if I set 60fps I've tried every solutions I can find on the internet but no help.
