Question / Help Can't press Record/Stream

Hello,

I've looked through many threads but no one seems to have the solution

So if I press start recording or start streaming nothing happens. No matter how many times I click it.
I know using a different encoder helps, but then my recordings are very laggy.
I prefer to use H264 Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework) it worked before but the last few days it stopped working.

Everything is up to date. What do I do now?
