Can't open YouTube live stream URL

I'm attempting to live stream video via YouTube with OBS as the encoder software.
I'm able to successfully transmit video and audio from OBS to YouTube using a RTPM stream key.
However, when I send the YouTube stream URL via email to another device. The link does not work and the following appears.

That's an issue on that particular device, nothing to do with OBS.
Probably it needs some updates.
