Question / Help Can't move sources outside of presets [resolved]

As I understand it, I should be able to move sources in my scene by clicking them and dragging them to the correct place. However, all that I can do is align with the preset locations. Am I wrong to think that I should be able to arrange sources free-form?

If you mean the snapping and resizing with the fixed ratio. Hold shift to resize freely, ctrl to move past/around the edge of your screen.

Maybe I don't understand...I have two sources in a scene. They both overlap (one is a game, one is a display). If I left-click on the top scene and hold shift to move (left click+shift, drag) nothing happens.
