Cant log into Twitch

When I open obs with stream elements it asks me to log into to one of the platforms, I user twitch, when I click on twitch it pulls up to type in the user name and password and I am unable type them in and link it to my twitch so I can stream.

This is OBS, not streamelements. Please ask support to them about issues on their products.
