Question / Help Can't locate Facebook Live in Streaming Services

I am a total newbie trying to broadcast from my Windows 10 desktop to Facebook Live. I've been able to get myself and my desktop showing in Preview mode. I've got my Stream Key from Facebook.

But I cannot find FaceBook Live in my streaming services list.
Obviously I'm looking in the wrong place. Maybe in the wrong part of the set up process?

old obs doesn't have it. Studio does.

Thank you Harold. I thought that I had the most recent, up to date software. Oops. Like I said, total newbie. Going on to website to download "studio".
