Question / Help Can't keep a constant 60 fps while recording with i7 7820X

Like I'll be recording Siege or PUBG and Ill have well over 100 fps. Obs recording will fluctuate between 45 and 60 fps and cant keep a constant 60. Can anyone help me? I attached screenshots of settings aswell as my log for obs.

- update OBS. The current OBS version contains a performance bugfix for the latest Windows 10 update 1803.
- you have lost frames due to rendering lag. Limit the fps of your game, so it doesn't use up the GPU to 100%. OBS needs a bit of GPU power itself.

how do I limit frames in a game?
 
Limiting the framerate of a game is typically done in the game's settings.
But you still need to turn off SLI capture mode.
