Question / Help Can't install

My problem is pretty much what it says on the tin.
Here's the process:

Toshiba Satellite C55Dt-A
AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.00 GHz
3.45 GB usable RAM
64-bit operating system, x64-based Processor

OS: Windows 10 Home, version 1511, edition 10586.0

You need the x64 and x86 versions named
vcredist_x64.exe
vcredist_x86.exe

Install them both.

The arm one is not relevant.
