Can't install VC++ 2022

Which is the latest revision of OBS that did not require VC++ 2022?
My Corporate Overlords will not let those redistributables be installed.

The version I updated from was running, I have some of the older VC++'s installed. They just done seem to like the newer version, maybe since we're still running win10.
