Question / Help cant install OBS- asking for DirectX, But i have it installed...

When i try to turn on the installation, it is saying DirectX is missing on my pc, but i have Dx installed. Anyways, it is asking me if i would like to download the missing components? I click YES and it is redirecting me to the page of miscrosoft with downloading windows 10. so is this windows 10 missing on my pc or directx, which is actually installed? explain someone pls what to do. thx!
my system is win 7 64bit

Ignore the Windows 10 advert. Just scroll down and install the requested files.

there is nothing to download. only download system things, look.

if i pick win 7 for example, it is directing me to windows download. nothing about direct x. maybe you could give the direct link to directx? i dunno why my system is trolling me like this..

I am on windows 10 and dxdiag shows I have directx12, though it also asks me to install directx, which opens up my browser to https://obsproject.com/go/dxwebsetup
But redirects me to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10#b61be6fc-0e50-a59a-77de-5a59df0eb6bb instead.

Is there a way to get around this?
I just did a clean install of windows 10 yesterday, does it require directx 9 or something?

also, ive downloaded manually dxwebsetup utility, when i launch it, says i have directx installed. but when i try to install OBS, this thing happening- need directx, im getting redirected to win download thingy. please help dear people, i wanna stream again :(

Looks like Microsoft did another bait and switch trying to make people download Windows 10 instead of DirectX :/. Link is updated.
