Question / Help Can't Install (NSIS Error and ZIP is "empty")

When I try to install OBS with the installer it says "Windows Protected Your PC" I then clicked on the more info so I could run it but then I get a NSIS Error. I then tried to extract the ZIP folder it says it cant be extracted as it is empty. I haven't had this issue with any other programs at all, are there any solutions?

What browser did you download with?
What other antivirus/firewall do you have installed?

I used Opera and I disabled all my antiviruses. I have now installed it by using the torrent though now.
