Question / Help Cant Hold FPS In League

Hey all I am trying to stream League but for some reason I have frame rate issues ONLY when i stream. I am using OBS and am pretty certain it is because of it. any recommendations on how to fix it? I generally run max settings at around 150-200FPS without streaming and lower my settings to the lowest while streaming and still cant hold 60FPS consistently in a fight. I am convinced that it is OBS but if it is something with league or something i can do please help ^^ any recommendation is appreciated.

My log folder the last time i streamed league is gone, as i haven't been streaming it because of that issue and i have run it through the automated detector theres no issues just won't hold the framerate.

Can you please do a test stream and post the resulting log, then? Even if the analyzer doesn't say anything, there could be other issues. I didn't ask for the log for no reason.

Were you actually live-streaming League during that log, for at least 5 minutes?
Is there a particular reason you're running at 29fps, instead of 30? (I'd fix this unless there's a specific, valid reason.)
Are you running league with VSync on? In fullscreen, or borderless windowed mode?
