Question / Help Can't hear while OBS is running

I just started using OBS and I'm trying to record gameplay footage, but whenever OBS is running I can't hear anything through my headphones. When I exit OBS I can immediately hear everything. I'm pretty sure my settings should work because the mixer shows activity when I do stuff in-game.
