Question / Help Cant hear elgato audio in OBS

Ive enabled analog audio in OBS and the elgato software and everything else works just not the in game audio.

I went to elgato and chose monitor and output, but theres still no sound.

Make sure the correct audio device is selected in obs' settings - advanced.

And set it to monitor only.

Set it as the audio monitoring device and monitor only, but still nothing for some reason. I also tried making it the default device for output on my laptop, but it only started picking up what was playing on my computer such as youtube videos.
