Bug Report Can't Get Video Signal From El Gato HD60

When I add the El Gato HD60 as a source on regular OBS, I just a broken image of the El Gato symbol. It works fine on multiplatform OBS, but I can't offset my webcam video to match the slightly behind El Gato. I see the option to do that on regular OBS, but I can't get the video signal at all.
