Question / Help can't get the Elgato capture card hd 60 to connect to obs

https://obsproject.com/logs/5xBSiMzROrctkQ3r so i can"t get the elgato capture card to work on the obs there is no property for elgato and then the obs link isn't showing for Elgato as well. i have updated everything as well

I had to download OBS Link and the NDI Plugin for Mac, along with an older version of the plugin I found on this forum.
