can't get shaderfilter to work in obs studio?

hey all i am having weird issues with OBS. i am switching from SLOBS and for some reason my working folder for OBS is "OBS-FTL" and not "obs studio" i lacked a data folder and when i add the shader filter dll to the plugins folder it does nothing in the app.

stream FX works but uses .EFFECT files and i want to use open GL

ok got it to download right, but now shaderfilter is just removing sources i apply a .SHADER or .Effect to
