Question / Help Can't Get Rid of Echo

I can't get rid of the echo on my stream and i'm at a loss

I tried closing down my twitch.tv dashboard or pausing/muting it....still echoes

i had a friend open my stream on his laptop to see if it was echoing still after just to make sure

I have no speakers on my computer and my main monitor thats a tv screen i have the volume turned all the way down

i tried playing my voice thru my headset but i get an absurd amount of white noise to the point where thats all i can hear

so i have a mic that just sits on my table that i use it got rid of the white noise but now i have the echo :S

if anyone has had this problem and can help me out i would be forever grateful hahaha
