So I go to my game streamer dashboard and copy the url from alert pop up and paste into a browser source on OBS. Only problem is I get a log on screen from fb within my stream. Any help?

I had the same problem.
Once you put your FB Alert Box URL on the Browser source, it will show you the Log In screen. Then, you right click the Browser source and select "Interact". It will open a window where you can interact with that source and log in on FB.
That will solve it :)
