Question / Help Cant get obs to upload anything

everytime i press start streaming, it says 0kbs for uploading in obs. i have deleted my obs profile and created a new one and switched servers from Sydney Australia to Asia Singapore. i have also changed my stream key and reentered it. still wont work. i dont know what else to do. it was working fine a few days ago

Post OBS log files from your recent failed attempts and your previous attempts that worked fine a few days ago.

I only have the logs of when ive tried to stream now. not from when it was working. ive also uploaded a picture of obs where u can see ive clicked start streaming but the upload in the bottom right says 0kbs
