Hello everyone
I'm new to streaming and want to run a small FTL stream (just the game itself. Don't need my face or a mic or anything else but the game and its own audio) for a small group of friends, but after going through the guide that describes how to set up OBS, OBS is capturing the game just fine, but I can't figure out how to then get the captured footage onto Twitch or how to share the stream with my friends.
Here's a collage of relevant screenshots of my settings and the OBS and Twitch Dashboard windows as they currently look:
I should note that I don't really care if the stream quality is bad as long as the on-screen text is legible. Beyond that it can be as choppy as it likes. Also, where it says "Offline" on the dashboard wasn't always there. It actually did seem like it was working for a few brief moments, but as soon as I shut OBS down and started it back up again (I was still fixing up the settings at that stage), the little "Offline" notation came up and didn't go away again.
