So ive been streaming for quite a while , but i couldnt ever get my stream to look good so i bought a new computer but the problem is still there.
Can someone please give me a decent obs setting that works ? :( im loosing hope here.

Biliniear setting
Downscale to 720p
Using gamecapture
About 4000kbps
Still getting bad fps (sometimes its good) and really really poor quality
