I'm trying to stream games like League of Legends and battlefield and stuff like that but can't seem to get my stream settings right to get the best quality. Every time I stream it just looks kinda crappy and pixelated. So I was wondering if you guys could recommend some stream settings to use based on my specs to get the best results possible?

Specs:
-Intel i7 4770k @4.0GHz
-nVidia GEFORCE GTX 660ti
-ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO
-16Gb (8x2) Corsair Dominator RAM @1330MHz
-WD Black 1Tb HDD 7200rpm
-Corsair H80 Liquid CPU Cooling

Internet: (from testmy.net)
Download = 6.1mb/s
Upload = 3.9mb/s

I would prefer to be streaming at 60fps if possible :)

Do you think you could post a log of this issue? Generally, streaming at 3000 bitrate with 60fps 720p looks pretty good for most games. Your system is very capable of handling such a stream. For you I think it might be more about bitrate, and 3000 is getting a bit close to your cap. 3000 is definitely preferable for 720p 60fps, but if it's a bit too much and causes frame drops, I'd probably recommend using just a bit more downscale and lowering bitrate. You'll lose pixel density, but you'll still have decent quality and 60fps.
