I have been able to set up 4 scenes using 3 webcam sources. I have 1 scene for each of the different 3 webcams and I have one scene in which I combine all 3 webcams into one. They all work fine until there but the moment I add a 4th camera a random one from the previous scenes just gives me a black screen instead, as I select different scene and going back forth between them I am able to get that scene working again but now a different scene is black.

I am new to OBS but I have done some research and follow some tutorials and suggestions I've found online.
So far:
-I have click on all the "deactivate when not showing" part of all webcam sources.
-I have also tried using a scenes as a sources for the scene where I combine multiple webcams into one as well as trying to use each single webcam there as a source.
-I have tried using Logitech capture as a source rather than the webcam to see if that gave me different results but it continues to happen. seems like the 4th video capture device regardless of what this is causes this chaos.
-I have updated drivers on all webcams.
-Using the camera function of windows I am able to see all 4 camera with no issues and I can see all cameras on device manager as well.
-I have tried multiple combinations of different webcams and I am always having the same issue no matter which one I use, it is always the 4th camera that messes up everything.
-The current webcams that I trying to use are 2 aukey 1080p, 1 logitech Brio and 1 Logitech c920, but I have use other combinations like the avermedia 4k cam, the nexigo 4k cam, a different aukey webcam 1080p, microsoft lifecam studio, etc
-I have also tried checking the graphics performance preference but both the High Performance and the Power Saving show the same graphic card which is a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER, and the processor is an AMD ryzen 7 3700x 8-core processor with 32gb RAM
-I have also tried using different USB ports between the front and the back of the computer and using a powered usb hub with a single camera connected to this port but nothing so far fixes this issue

I have no idea what else I could try, I have on the way two repeater usb extension cables in which I am planning to connect 2 of the webcams and see if that helps or does something. I have also thought about buying a capture card an d try that, but I don't know why would a webcam need a capture card?

I'LL APPRECIATE ANY HELP I CAN GET!
THANKS

Search these forums on USB Root Hub issues.
You are most likely overwhelming your USB subsystem at a hardware level
A common fix (but it depends on specifics) is to add a PCIe Add-in card with additional USB ports and use some of those
