Question / Help Can't for the life of me get a smooth CS:GO Stream.

I don't have any ping spikes or fps drops so I'm not sure what it is. It just freezes up every so often (like every other minute).

what do you mean by freezes up? the stream freezes and buffers or your pc freezes ?
