Hey all,

i've been testing different settings from different tutorials around the web, but my stream on twitch keeps lagging and the quality ist simply not acceptable.

My rig:
  • Intel i7 4790k (4GHz)
  • 16 GB DDR3 RAM
  • Win 7 ultimate 64 bit
  • AMD Radeon R9 290 OC
  • Mainboard GA-Z97X-G7
  • Screen resolution: 1920x1080
Network:
  • Download: 137 MB/s
  • Upload: 4,85 MB/s
  • Ping: 10ms
Windows and all drivers are updated.

I've no idea what to do now but to ask you guys for help :(

Many thanks in advance!

This appears to be a log from OBS-MP, this forum is for OBS Classic. Go up a couple of levels and over to the MP forum.

720p@30fps, 2000kbps, Veryfast encoder preset is the 'golden point' for non-partnered casters. Don't exceed it.
From what I'm seeing you're using 3000kbps (which will cause the stream to lag, stutter and buffer badly for a majority of viewers), and the Medium preset, which your CPU may not be able to handle. Even at a 720p downscale, it's VERY CPU-heavy.
You also don't have an appropriate keyint set for Twitch, it's defaulting to 250 which will cause problems.

Get it working reliably with baseline settings, then look to improve the quality from there. Walk before you run.
