Question / Help Can't find out sound from my stream. Need Expert Help Please!

I need help, I have been trying to figure out my problem for over a year. When I stream a very loud background noise comes from my game not my mic. It also echos a lot. I have tried everything I know to fix it and still same sound. Could someone come in my twitch channel or just help me in general really frustrating.

I will be very appreciative if I could get some help.
