This is the site for official OBS Studio code, and if you look at
https://obsproject.com/download you'll note there is no iOS nor Android version. [on a side note, there also isn't a native M1 CPU compiled version of OBS Studio yet ... hopefully v28]
For a mobile device to OBS, there are multiple options, including the app
@deFrisselle mentioned
When choosing, consider your use case
- I'll almost always recommend a wired connection over wireless (to avoid lots of hard to detect interference and/or failure modes), but sometimes using WiFi is the only practical approach (but then user beware of the implications)... meaning in a fit of impatience I may well mock fools who think a WiFi video feed should just, and always, work
- Also, consider what other, if any, video sources you have?
for example, if you are using another NDI video feed (say from a PTZ camera), then using an app that transmits over NDI as well may be a good fit (why? the fewer the plugins the better, in general). Same goes for RTSP or other video transmission protocols
anyway, food for thought for others that may come upon this thread
