Question / Help Cant find correct config. for this new update

Hi guys! Before OBS updated I was streaming fine, but after this update my streams is laggy, my cpu is at 100% sometimes freeze my pc, Im really lost in this new update config. Can you guys help me?
1mb upload
pentium dual core 2.7 ghz
2ram
ATI HD Radeon 5570

oh and I lose frames between 5% and 15%
I dont know if have to go back to old version or find one config that allow me to stream with this new update

Could you go into your profile ini file in %appdata%\obs\profiles, and then in [Video Encoding], add DupeFrames=0 and then try again?

It worked for a friend and it worked for me.

Really did mess alot of us up, but I am glad you found a fix. Thanks again Jim

I'll probably have to make a hotfix for it after I fix the directshow code

Ok. still have problems, 80% lost frames allways in red. Sometimes I heard some noise i think they are from the new update.
I think im gonna go the older version. Question what's filter?
