I've tried changing all sorts of settings, hoping to stream at 720p and 30fps, but can't seem to get anything to work smoothly. My processor is not being maxed out and neither is my internet connection. Maybe it could just be on ustreams end, which is the website I stream to? Or maybe what I am getting is really the best I can expect regardless of settings or streaming service. Not really sure.

Specs:
i5 4670k @ 4.4GHz
Sapphire HD7970
8GB RAM
30 Mbps up and down.

Here is a log trying to stream at 720p 60fps to connectcast

I see your encoding profile is set to high. Not sure what that does but i think twitch recommends the "main" setting.
Can u try that and increase your buffer to 4500.

23:39:10: Using Window Capture

your capture method doesnt work

use game capture whenever possible

if you have to use window capture then go ahead and enable aero else its going to cause a lot of trouble

everything else leave it as it is

depending on the game drop your fps down to 30 since an i5 + some kind of cpu heavy game will max out and lead into poor performance when you try streaming 720p60

Yeah I saw that it says that I have aero disabled, but I don't have the "disable aero" option checked in the settings. I guess I turned it off some other way somehow? Is it really causing conflict?
