So a while back I downloaded it for a project I had in mind. It started up just fine the first time and I accidentally exited out. Once I tried to reopen all it did was show the outline and disappear, like it was being minimized, except it was just refusing to open instead. It doesn't show up in my task manager when I try to open it up. So I gave up. Removed EVERY SINGLE FILE and moved on. Yesterday I wanted to try it out again but with Google chrome being a pain and saying the "File is forbidden" bit, I finally got it finished today. I finished downloading and installing and it seemed fine. But once I open it up, the same stupid crash. Won't even give me a message just blinks on and off. I even tried to download it on another computer and it had the same problem. I even ran in as admin. But now when I check task manager it still counts as I still have it open. Help?
