Question / Help Can't even start up obs without it crashing (Please help)

The last time I used obs was about 2 months ago. I wanted to stream last night but I can't even start up obs without it crashing. I tried deleting everything related to OBS and reinstalling it but that didn't work.
Has anyone else had this issue? The crash log file is included.

Yes, but thats never caused problems in the past
