Question / Help Can't even open OBS

I get this error message:

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that did nothing. I have no idea what to do, I have been running OBS problem free since I built this PC.

Chat helped me solve it. All I had to do was delete that file. I feel like a moron, thanks for the help.
