Question / Help Cant enable quicksync on OBS

hi boyz

I've done everything you have to do :
Enable igpu, then tried with d-gpu
Download the latest drivers
Open a 3rd display and extend my desktop onto that display

and I still cant see the quicksync enabling option on OBS

I've looked on google but couldnt find a helpful answer

It's in Encoding, not Advanced.
