Bug Report Can't enable microphone

Hi guys.
So, looks like problem appeared after installing new drivers for my gpu/updating bios.
My microphone is somehow "disabled" in my soundcard panel, but besides that it works in skype, ts3 etc.
But i can't enable it in OBS.
After reinstallation msg popped out about disabled microphone, and after that nothing can make it work.
I have tried reinstalling OBS a lot of times, same to my soundcard drivers, tried to enable it with key shortcut, nothing happens.
Does anyone had similar problem to mine?
 
Could you post a log of this message when it happens? I'm slightly confused. Also, just so you know, reinstalling OBS doesn't do anything -- deleting its configuration folder in %appdata%\obs is technically the equivalent of what you're trying to do. (However that shouldn't be necessary)

I would do that, but it popped out only once, like two days ago. Im not sure if there is a log of that?
Also, yes, i have fully deleted OBS, even with appdata folders.
