Question / Help Can't Disable Aero

Whenever I try to click it, nothing happens. Its just grey and unselectable for some reason

Then aero isn't your actual issue. You can't disable aero on windows 8, 8.1 or 10.

Than what do I do I have nothing else to play and record my videos for Sims 3 and I have Windows 10. HELP!!!!! I have tried so many different recorders and none of them work so help me!!!
