Can't detect a window capture (TimesTool)

I am trying to record TimesTool program. I used Window Capture but it's not showing. I've been referring to other posts about how it being minimized or so but not really. I have tried to add another displays that I have and all seem to be listed, but not this one. I need to record it for project purposes. Program is called TimesTool. Here is a log file.
