Bug Report Can't create file while target is path (condition inside)

As I read on this forum, I understand if I set filepath(while "save to file" in broadcast is enabled) to a folder will create MP4 file with timestamp automatically. But I've found the file can't be generate if the path include "." (dot). It works fine when create specefic name file in same path.

For ex:
D:\.notexist\Videos\OBS\
doesn't work but
D:\.notexist\Videos\OBS\test.mp4
works fine.
