Question / Help Cant connect to stream error;/

Hey guys , Im a new streamer and just cant seem to start. After preparing for a week and doing grinding to set it all up(im a reall noob), finally when Im ready to start it doesnt work,,,
Failed to connect to server: The connection timed out. Make sure you confined a valid streaming service and no firewall blocking connection"

QQ;/ If somebody has an idea please ghelp
Im currently in China and tried 2 platform , 1 chinese and twitch through VPN both got same error
