Question / Help Cant connect to server

When I start my stream it stops a few seconds later and then give a dialogue box sometimes it varies what is in the box.
Dialogue box 1 says:

Could Not connect to server

RTMPSockBuf_Fill, remote host closed connection
RTMP_connect1, handshake failed.



Dialogue Box 2 says:

Could not connect to server

RTMPSockBuf_fill, recv returned -1. getsockerror(): 10054 (an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)
RTMP_connect1, handshake failed.
 
Just changed the twitch server to paris instead of london and it has worked is there a reason for this?
as in something I can change in my settings or just a twitch problem?
 
oh okay thanks was giving me those messages the other day then after a few attempts dissapeared and all was fine but today would not stop until I changed server
